well anything i am about to write has no official words.. its just whats being told by one of my frnd..

The news goes like:
Before the end of this financial year.. everyone will get the joining date. i asked one of my frnd in banglore about the OHQ.. and he said that its nothing like this..
but another frnd told me that the news is getting hotter..
so its upto you to decide..
as far as i know.. the news has no base. but guys..keep hoping for the best..

Documents Required at the time of joinin..

Hi guys...as your joining has started and i came to know that you did not received any mail regarding the docs required at the time joining.. so i am pasting here the mail i got last year when i joined the organization.

A few things which u need to know:

v Please be on time, (9.00 am) at the Goregaon office. We will be starting the induction programme at 9.30 am.

v Monday is Formal dressing @ Oracle Financial Services Software Limited, you are requested to be attired in formals (Men – Formal shirt and trousers with TIE….. Women –Salwar kameez or Western Formals)

Things/ Documents you need to carry (All documents should be carried in original as well as 2 photocopies):

v Your recent photograph - 3 nos. (With Red Background Only)

v Birth certificate – Any relevant proof for the same (original and photo copy)

v Passport (Original + 1 photo copy).

v Mark sheets for all years of graduation/post graduation/10^th and 12^th std mark sheets (Always provide the certificates for the highest degree held)

v Your degree or convocation certificate

v Photo identity Proof like License and non photo identity proof like ration card for bank account purposes

For Bank Opening Formalities you have to get ANY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:

Section A

Valid Passport

Valid Driver's License

Valid Electoral card (Voter ID)

Valid PAN Card

Ration card (with Photograph)

Section B

Photo Credit Card / Debit Card

Citibank Credit Card

Bank Statement within 30 days

Credit Card Statement within last 30 days

Utility bill with name and address

Certified Marriage Certificate

TDS Certificate

Registered Lease Deed

Ration Card (without photograph)

Please note: One document from section A is mandatory.

Kindly do not forget to bring the ORIGINALS of your Graduation/Post-Graduation final semester marks sheet and Degree. Please note that these documents are very important for your Joining Formalities to be complete. Therefore please make it a point to get your Documents.

well update this time is.. CAT exam is on the verge and most of my frnds have started preparing..
{ dont count me in them.. :P }

Another StressFull week..

Hi guys...another week ends today..and to be frank guys..this week has been very stressfull for me..
i have developed a screen for flexcube..and due to that development..there came lots of other issues..the impact of development was so deep that i couldn't find every aspect...so full week passed in solving those issues... and i think few of them are still remaining which i will try to solve on monday..
and about the news..well..few people of 08 batch has been promoted to Associate consultant from Business trainee.there salary structure i cant enclose,but we are waiting eagerly for 31st to know how much they are getting IN HAND after band promotion.

will update you asap guys..

Hi guys..how are you all..well m in a mixed sort of mood..
m happy as well as a bit frustrated as well..
happy coz i made a chota sa tool in java and swing which my entire team is using,m feeling like great that i made something which every one is using..although its a chota sa tool..
but the frustrating part..
i have given a task to develop a screen...development is not difficult for those who have done this in the past..but i am doing for the first time..but due to some reasons my deadline is monday..and i have been given the task on friday at 6. :(
the senior guys are helpin me a lot..but stil.i am findin very difficult to adapt to a new thing so fast..so today..on saturday i am goin to office..its raining here in mumbai at 9:45 in the mornin..so i thot i shud utilise this time to blog..hehehe..

M sorry guys..due to work ..m not able to post in weekdays..and weekends like this..Goshh..you can understand my prob..but dun worry..i'll be ya guys thru this blog..for those who likes the blog..(and for those who dont :) )

Sorry guys for such a late replp to your answers..actually the thing was that i had hell lot of work drin past few days..every week we have to resolve some ssues and all..so u guys can understand..even saturdays some time i have to go to office to finish off my work...(as i am a bit slow in doin work)..and about the latest updates...mmmmmm...nothin special..result you all guys know,is good..survey says except us..every country is out of recession..as far as my understanding goes..in sept mail..you guys will get some good news..(please dun ask y)

7 DaYs Of WorKing..

Hi Guys..a new chapter added into my experience so far in the organization..today(21th June,Sunday) i went to the office..7 days continues..hehehe...actually i was allotted some work..which i was not able to complete on time..so came on saturday..but on saturday either the work was not completed,so i have to go today..and finally completed my work..feeling relax.

Worst Day So Far..

hi guys..m not in a good mood at all..

Nothin to do with the organization..

today was the worst day of my life..as i told you guys..i had little work since i came on floor..
now today i was planning to visit my native for a week..i asked my senior yesterday(which ws my mistake to ask him on such a short notice) and he's such a kind person that he approved my leave.
but the question which came was..what about the work which was suppose to b assigned to me..
if i wud have told senior b4 then dere wudn't b any problem..
today i was all set to leave to my native..suddenly some other senior assigned some work to me..
i told him that i am goin on leave..he said when..i said today..and he was like..then y are u tellin me now??
but he also didn;t said anything and gave me permission to take leave..
but then i realised that when the work is comin..why the hell m showin my back to it..so i cancelled my ticket..

Now i was assigned 4 works..and none of them happened..and i felt like..i cant do anything..m good for nothin..seniors help me a lot..and even then..i can keep upto there expectations..

I mean why the hell i cant do things write..i really felt some thing which cant be expressed..

i know this bog is about the corporate experiace..but thought to share with you guys...

M back guys..Come Back Post

Hi guys..M back..to post stuff again..i know its been LOOONNNggg i have posted anything..but now m back..(actually i got ma own lappy)..so have all the resources to let your guys know hows life treating me here in ofssl..
Well as you know that i have allocated to a project..finally i got some work to do..from the past 2 weeks..i was busy making an application..the application was in Java swing..and the best part was..i didn't knew even java or java swing..but guys the team here is so supportive that they told me everythin..solved every query of mine..and finally the application s ready..

But to my surprise..one of my frnd made a better part..which takes very less time than mine..so my application is of no use :(
but still..m happy..i learned something..

in the mean while..a version of our project got released...and development of new version started..and i have been alloted to a sub team..which will deal with the issues of the version just released..so guys..thats all for now..will keep you updated..

Hi guys..m back..m sorry..i was not able to be regular in posting and updating you guys..so we have been alloted the project..few people has working for long hours..and few like me have a but less work pressure in the begining..it all depends upon the project you are on..
the work culture is very nice here..atleast for me..every senior here is ready to explain you and make you understand the topic..we all know w are just burdens for them as they has to give there time in which they have to complete there work to us..but still they all make us understand most of the thing..

Hi guys..hows ya all..well m fine at my end..
this week has been a mixed bag for me..we had fun on weekend at essel world and when we came office we gave our java test which most us were failing..and by god's grace i cleared the test by good marks..
then came the result of our company and it was a good result as far as market situation is concerned.. but still we have to go mile ahead..
then on friday we got our salary..and we were NOT happy at all to see the numbers we got..please dont ask me how much it was..but its part of life..and we have to move on..

Hi guys..how are ya all..m kewl..and very happy...this week we had 3 tests and i cleared them all with some good marks..70,82,100 respectively..in this week we were being given training on FCR..the domain on which we actually need to work upon..the training is very vital and important as this is the thing we are actually supposed to do when we get on floor..we are trying hard to get ourselves ready..the trainer is very good..we are really njoying studyin with him..now we have a long weekend and w are planning to go to essel world..{yipeee}
but rest 2 days we will study..

12-16th Jan

hi guys..finally the week got over..it was a very hectic week..we had tests everyday..and some assignments also given to us..sitting late in office..sleepin late to study for the test and getting early to study again..then came the THEME WEEK of ours..we performed an item of CROSSWORD about the department of ours..we also had test on that day..by god's grace i cleared all test but one.(java)
the level of test was very high..and most of us were not able to clear the test..we had a retest on tuesday and has 3 tests on monday also..
about theme week..it was the best day of my life @ ofssl..we prepared hard for it and njoyed harder..although we didn't won..but it was very good..coz winning can not be more than Njoying the moment..on friday night we party hard..we played football in the company's provided place..it was tiring and full of work week..and today on saturday i wake at 1 in the afternoon..u can imagine how hard it was..but in the end..it was fun working..truly speaking guys..we love to work in the organisation..the work culture is that much good..
thats all guys..i have to study again for the tests on monday..take care

Hi guys.hows ya all..m very happy today..today we had 3 tests..HTMl,Oracle and a mock test of IFP..and by gods grace and all ur wishes i cleared all of them with good marks..now tomorrow i have a test again of core java and javascript..guys i am very busy now..will post more things tomorrow..till then good by3 guys..

Hi guys..how are you all..
guys from now on i'll get busy in my tests..actually from next week we are scheduled to undergo our technical tests  { of the subjects we studied in our training..}
about IFP..due to some reasons we didn't took the test yesterday..but it'll be taken in a short while..today it was a horrible day for me..in the morning i didn't get any of the autorickshaw coz of the strike of oil transporters..all the rickshaw ppl were running out of gas and none of them was ready to go..
and then something happened which i never expected from the city..some guy gave us the lift..frankly speaking i didn't expected this from the city but mumbai has lots to give u..i actually started liking the city from today's experiance..

thats all for today guys..i hope i'll post stuff next week also..but if i didn't..please excuse me and keep commenting and posting your queries in the chat box..

hi guys..hows ya all..today was the 2nd day of IFP program..and we learned about different financial terms like shares,debentures,mutual funds and all..
In all it was a nice session but being a recorded session it was a bit boring was fast..better start reading ET or start surfing internet for different financial terms.
We have a test on IFP on 8th..and we have already started preparing for it..
wish me luck guys...as this is the very important session..and i have to clear it in any case..

one more thing..if you are not from maharashtra...better start learning preparing food..food here is horrible..atleast we feel this..

guys today we started the iflex financial program..and believe me its the MOST important part of the training..coz it deals with the Financial terms..which will be very usefull for you all guys..

guys take my words..
be punctual in the corporate world..if your roomies are not punctual.better leave home without them..but reach office 10 minutes before..you'll not repend this..

hi guys...today we just had a session..it was very good session and we were being taught about the product FlexCube..the trainer was "VERY" Good..the way he was teaching na..was awesome....bout its usage and other financial concepts..guys if you have anyone in the Bank better start getting financial knowledge from them..this will help you a lot during your training..
tomorrow a new year is starting and i wish to god that it'll bring good news to all of us..we are goin to have a blast tonight..you all guys take care and Njoy your new year..
